Caleb got sick after Christmas and had to miss the Fiesta Bowl parade. Chris stayed with him and Kellan refused to leave Chris, of course, so it was just Crue and me! We had fun and then I made Crue's day by taking him to Guitar Center. He was in HEAVEN! There were guitars on three walls stacked four high. We stayed longer than expected.
He watched a bunch of people trying out guitars and even got to try some out himself.
Kellan's turned pretty musical himself. He practices his drums daily, sometimes several times a day. I took this picture at 10:30 at night. Sleep over drums? Drums.
Grandma and Grandpa came to visit us after Christmas! We had a blast with them!
The boys got a ton of Legos for Christmas so it was good thing Grandpa came to play!
They even played with Kellan's Create to Destroy play-doh game.
The boys were excited for New Years so they could light fireworks! It was SO COLD and a little rainy on New Years Eve but that didn't stop them!
So glad Jojo was there to party with us! Kellan loves this picture of Papa.
We were sad to see Grandma and Grandpa leave the next day but so glad they came to visit!
Nana gave Crue a "Patrick Stump" hat and Grandma gave him a leather jacket so with his new guitar he looks like an official member of Fall Out Boy!
Crue thought it was cool that Papa had a leahter jacket too! We need to work on Papa's rock out gesture.
After New Years we went to Nana and Papas to visit with Abby and Fernando before they left to go back to Utah. We did smoke bombs to make it epic.
Caleb loves Abby. He gave her lots of love when she was here and referred to her as "girlfriend" the whole time. When she went to Hawaii for a few days, Grandma took over as "girlfriend". Crue says Abby is his girlfriend girlfriend.
Nana got out a bunch of snow gear while we were there so we had some fun.
Caleb also had fun modeling Nelly's glasses.
