Chris got a Fathers Weekend this year! We started on Friday night with a date night and got sushi at our new fave place and it was AMAZING!
Saturday he went bowling with Caleb and Kellan (Crue was a grouch and needed an early nap so I stayed with him). The boys talked about it all day! They loved it!

Saturday night we had another date and saw Man of Steel! Sunday morning we made cinnamon raisin french toast and gave dad his present.
It was a picture frame about why the boys love Daddy!
Calebs was very sweet! "Because he goes to work for us so he can provide for us and we can have an awesome life."
Kellan was quite complimentary, "because he comes home and plays with us like basketball and ninjas and batman. He wears nice clothes and sometimes has a beard face. It looks good."
Crue is honest, "because he has a car. His nose is his eyes. Poop is yuck. Daddy's in toilet." I was trying to influence Crue into giving nicer answers but Caleb said, "Just write what he said!"
Sunday night we went to Nana and Papas for dinner. We had crab, of course! Crue dove right in but had difficulty figuring out the best way to eat it.
I love that our boys love crab!
We complimented the meal with Dad's root beer!
It was a great Fathers Day weekend! Hope Chris thinks so too! We love him so much and are so grateful he's the daddy in our home! He is too wonderful to put into words!!!! We are so lucky!!!!
